San Mateo Dental Care is growing! We are a private family practice that has been serving the community of San Mateo for more than 22 years. We are a team-oriented and enthusiastic practice that is respectful, collaborative, and positive to one another. Offering our patients comprehensive general dentistry, including same-day crowns, implants, oral surgery, Invisalign, oral and IV sedation, full arch All-On-4, and we hope to add a FUN, ENGAGING, and EXCITED front office coordinator to our front team!
Position Title: Dental Front Office Coordinator
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, the individual must have dental experience and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Is organized, motivated, committed and self-directed
Has dependable job attendance and can be relied on to follow through with assigned tasks
Main Duties:
Create a productive schedule for the Doctors and Hygienists
Deliver treatment plans to patients and financial arrangements
Proactive in reactivating patients
Provides the Doctors with the daily, weekly, and monthly reports of the practice

Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in a dental front office setting

Office Hours (looking to expand hours in near future).
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 8:30AM - 5:00PM. Fridays 7:00AM - 3:00PM. Some Saturdays 9AM - 3PM

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
