Dental Office Manager – Full-Time

📍 Location: Santa Clara, CA
💰 Pay: $35-40 per hour

We are looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager to join our team in Santa Clara,CA! This is a full-time position for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Human Resources – Hiring, onboarding, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
✔ Team Coaching & Leadership – Foster a positive team culture and provide ongoing training and support to meet the goals of the practice.
✔ Scheduling – Optimize provider and patient schedules for efficiency and productivity.
✔ Billing & Accounts Receivable – Bill out insurance claims, patient billing, and in-office collections to maintain financial health that meets and exceed the office KPI's
✔ Patient Management – Ensure an outstanding patient experience from check-in to follow-up.
✔ Office Operations – Maintain smooth daily operations and implement best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

✅ Experience in Dentrix
✅ Strong knowledge of insurance billing & coding
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✅ Prior experience in a dental office setting is highly preferred
