Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

We are a small family dental practice with an old-fashioned patient-centered feel.  Our patients are treated like friends and family and we strive to provide them with excellent care and quality.  As a one-person Front Office team you will be the first smiling face our patients see!

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and treatment coordination for one doctor and one hygienist
• Accounts payable - billing, insurance, posting treatment and sending electronic insurance claims, follow-up on outstanding payments
• Telephone interactions with patients, etc.
• SoftDent knowledge a definite plus
• Email management
