Job Description

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental office is required.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is essential.
Familiarity with Open Dental System is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet new patients warmly and ensure a positive, welcoming experience.
Accurately input patient information into the office system, including reviewing and updating health histories.
Manage patient scheduling, confirmations, and appointment reminders efficiently.
Provide general administrative support as needed by management.
Clearly explain financial options to patients, including Care Credit, Alpheon, and other available financing plans.
Follow up with patients after challenging treatment visits to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.

Recall management is a daily responsibility, with the primary goal of bringing patients into the office to complete outstanding treatments.
Proactively reach out to patients, create a sense of urgency, and encourage them to schedule necessary appointments.
Review the patient’s outstanding treatment plan, ensuring they understand the importance of completing their care.
Effectively communicate treatment options and emphasize the need for follow-up care.
Assist patients with payment options by guiding them through finance programs over the phone - sending the link and helping them apply online (Care Credit, Alpheon, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
