Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide accurate information regarding medical services and terminology to clients.
Analyze customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Document all interactions in our computerized system accurately and promptly.
Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and services to assist customers effectively.
Exhibit excellent phone etiquette to ensure a pleasant experience for all callers.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a medical office setting is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or call center environments preferred.
Bilingual or multilingual proficiency in English and other languages is highly desirable.
Familiarity with medical terminology is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
Proficient in using computers and various software applications for data entry and management.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
