Dental Front Receptionist for Endodontic Office
We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate department- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays or payments- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information- Escort patient into operatory room- Handle patient complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner- Oversee front desk operations and ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
Skills:
- Experience with medical receptionist duties, including patient check-in, scheduling, and insurance verification- Strong customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional patient service- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Previous experience providing medical administrative support is preferred
