Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing high-quality dental care to our patients. You will be responsible for performing dental cleanings, educating patients on oral hygiene, and assisting the dentist in various procedures. Key Responsibilities
Perform dental cleanings and routine check-ups.
Take radiographs (X-rays) and interpret images for dental diagnosis.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care.
Assist the dentist during various dental procedures.
Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
Ensure a safe and sanitized clinical environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
Provide patient comfort and manage anxiety through effective communication and support.
Stay up to date with the latest dental hygiene techniques and industry standards.
Qualifications
Valid Dental Hygienist License in the state (or region) of practice.
Certification in anesthesia (if applicable).
Experience in taking radiographs.
Strong knowledge of dental hygiene practices and infection control procedures.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Ability to work effectively as part of a dental team.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Proficiency in medical imaging techniques as they relate to dental diagnostics.
Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients about their treatment plans and oral health maintenance.
