Our Admire Dental Care Team is growing and we are looking for an experienced Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator to join our team! We are seeking an energetic, motivated, friendly and detail oriented Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator to join our amazing dental team! The candidate must be professional, reliable, energetic, dependable and willing to both contribute and grow with our practice.
2 YEARS FRONT OFFICE/TREATMENTFront Desk/Treatment Coordinator DENTAL OFFICE REQUIRED.
Responsibilities:- Ability to understand and easily explain value and need for Comprehensive Dental Treatment.
Present treatment plans to include patient education and assistance with insurance and budgeting.
Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed
Follow up and follow through with patient treatment and experience.
Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the office
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Collect and update patient information in Open Dental
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with dental administrative tasks
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally.
Managed office inventory and stock, ensuring efficient use of office and clinical supplies. Developed strategies and methods to monitor and control stock usage effectively.
Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator
Conducted monthly verification of each Associate Dentistââ¬â¢s payment collection accuracy and certified their payments.
Researched, formulated and facilitated marketing campaign. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients, including social media outreach and community engagement.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dental office setting is required
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
