Job Description

OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of oral health issues. The Dentist will work collaboratively with our dental team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care in a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients.
Utilize medical imaging technology to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.

Skills

Proficiency in using dental software such as Eaglesoft and Epic for patient management.
Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
Knowledge of anatomy relevant to dental practice.
Experience or interest in pediatric dentistry is a plus.
Familiarity with medical records management and documentation practices.
Ability to interpret medical imaging for diagnostic purposes.
Comprehensive knowledge of general dentistry principles and dental terminology.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
