Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team at a dynamic dental clinic. The ideal candidate will assist the dental team in providing quality oral healthcare services to patients.
Duties- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment following infection control guidelines- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs- Take and record patients' vital signs- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices- Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft software- Utilize 3D scanners for digital impressions- Specialize in pediatric dentistry or prosthodontics is a plus
Qualifications- Certification in Dental Assisting- Proficiency in Dentrix software- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures- Experience with 3D scanners is preferred- Strong understanding of infection control protocols
