Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and motivated Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical management and administrative support, ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires excellent leadership skills, as well as proficiency in healthcare management systems, particularly Eaglesoft. The Dental Office Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of patient care while managing the business aspects of the practice.
Duties
Oversee daily operations of the dental office, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
Manage scheduling, patient records, and billing processes using Eaglesoft and other relevant systems.
Provide medical administrative support, including coordinating appointments and handling patient inquiries.
Implement fiscal management practices to maintain budgetary compliance and optimize resource allocation.
Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to foster a productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate documentation for all medical procedures.
Collaborate with dental professionals to improve patient care and office efficiency.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
Requirements
Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare administration is preferred.
Strong knowledge of medical management systems, particularly Eaglesoft.
Familiarity with acute care practices and healthcare regulations is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage staff and foster teamwork.
Proficient in fiscal management principles to ensure financial health of the practice.
Exceptional communication skills for interacting with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
A background in human resources is beneficial for managing personnel-related tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
