Duties

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine oral health needs and develop treatment plans.
Perform a range of dental procedures, including but not limited to restorative work, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards in the dental office.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide optimal patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and practices, including medical imaging techniques.

Experience

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution is required.
Previous experience in a dental practice is preferred, particularly in areas such as pediatric dentistry and oral surgery.
Familiarity with dental software systems like Eaglesoft or Dentrix is advantageous.
Strong skills in patient assessment and infection control practices are essential for this role.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment are crucial for success as an Associate Dentist.
