Duties

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments of patients' oral health.
Diagnose and treat dental issues, including cavities, gum disease, and other oral health problems.
Conduct various dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, endodontics, and fabrications.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to ensure efficient patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Skills

Proficient in aseptic technique to ensure patient safety during procedures.
Strong patient care skills with a focus on comfort and satisfaction.
Knowledge of dental terminology and medical documentation practices.
Experience or knowledge in endodontics and dental extractions.
Solid understanding of anatomy related to oral health.
Familiarity with Eaglesoft software for practice management is a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment options and procedures.
Competence in medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
