The Office Manager position oversees daily operations of the practice via schedule maintenance, daily goals, and quality assurance.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
· Relationship-building skills

· Computer skills including practice management software
· Familiarity with dental insurance protocols
· Familiarity with ADA codes
· Teamwork and leadership skills
· Familiarity with HR/Staff Management skills including hiring, training, coaching, counseling, oversight of practice protocols, etc.
· Ability to market the practice
· Creative problem-solving skills
· Superb verbal skills with patients, insurance companies, third party companies, doctor, and team
· Overall understanding of office philosophy and systems
· Excellent math skills and attention to detail
· Keen understanding of scheduling and financial systems in order to support the practice
· Ability to function within a team environment as a supportive and positive contributor
· Ability to work independently, resourcefulness, and adaptability
1+ years of dental managment experience required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Dental office experience: 2 years (Preferred)
Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
Management: 3 years (Preferred)
