Responsibilities for a Dental Assistant II include (but are not limited to):

Chair-side assisting
Sterilization
Knowledgeable in Infection Control
Taking dental X-rays (certification required)
Coronal polishing (certification required)
Sealants (certification required)
Monitoring of Nitrous Oxide (certification required)
Communicate effectively with patients, parents, and team members.
