Job Description
Nelson Dentistry, located in Missoula, MT is looking for a part-time Dental Hygienist to cover a maternity leave from the end of February to the beginning of August. Either one or two days per week (can be Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday) and the start date is flexible. Patients are scheduled from 8:30am-12:30pm and 1:30pm-5pm. For hygiene appointments, we normally schedule 90 minutes for new patient appointments and two quadrants of SRP and 60 minutes for recare appointments (both prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance).
We use Open Dental and VixWin and are overall a tech savvy office, so decently fast typing skills and comfortability with computers are necessary. An active Montana dental hygiene license and local anesthesia license are required. Weâd also be happy to find someone whoâd like us to reach out for future fill-in days and/or possibly a long-term hygienist to continue working one day per week after this maternity leave ends. Pay DOE, at least $43/hour.
