Position Overview:
Weâre looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our friendly team! If youâre passionate about patient care and dental health education and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch dental hygiene services, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care
Assess patientsâ oral health and document findings
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed
Collaborate with dentists and team members to deliver comprehensive care
Maintain a clean, organized work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
Qualifications:
Licensed Dental Hygienist in Minnesota
Reimbursement for MN Licensing Available
CPR certification
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality patient care
Experience with dental software and digital radiography is a plus
