Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team.In our Blackfoot location. The Dental Hygienist will be responsible for providing quality dental care and patient education. They will perform dental cleanings, take X-rays, and assist dentists with procedures. Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene required
State license to practice as a Dental Hygienist
CPR certification
Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
Conduct dental cleanings for patients
Take and develop dental X-rays
Assist dentists during dental procedures
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
Maintain dental equipment and ensure cleanliness in the work area
Keep accurate patient records
Follow all safety and infection control policies and procedures
Preferred Skills:
Experience with dental software
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong attention to detail
Compassionate and patient-centered care attitude
