Job Description

We are looking for a Lead dental assistant.
You’ll ensure excellent customer service and lift administrative and basic dental tasks off the dentist’s shoulders.
Requirements:

Upbeat working attitude and reliable attendance record
Able to take a leadership role and lead other 3 RDAS, hold 1-on-1 with them monthly, do quarterly reviews, hold your team accountable for KPI assigned to your team, and attend bi-weekly leadership team meetings.
Reliable attendance and work ethics
One year of previous dental assistant experience required
Experience with iTero is plus
Working hours are 8-5, four days a week.
