We are located in beautiful Winters, CA where we are fortunate to serve a wonderful and diverse community that we see as our extended family. Our well established, yet modern general dentistry practice consists of one general dentist, two hygienists, one office manager and three assistants. Our growth is inspired by our commitment to provide a unique and exceptional dental experience for every patient. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician. We have an immediate part time, possibly full time, need with the opportunity for growth and expansion.
We are seeking a confident associate dentist who possesses strong communication and treatment plan presentation skills, as well as the clinical and interpersonal skills necessary to build long term patient/practice relationships and growth within the community. You should be comfortable working independently, directing your clinical staff, and managing all aspects of patient treatment.
Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments and treatment planning in accordance with dental best practices.
Perform dental procedures such as simple extractions, prosthodontics, and in general, bread and butter dentistry
Maintain accurate dental documentation and records for all patients.
Proficient with Eaglesoft for efficient patient management.
Communicate effectively with patients and staff to ensure a positive dental experience.
Stay updated on dental terminology and advancements in general dentistry.
