Job Description

Smile Recreation Dental Office is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming and modern environment. We specialize in general and cosmetic dentistry and are committed to offering the highest quality of service to our patients. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Dental Assistant or RDA to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, ensuring patient comfort and smooth workflow.
• Sterilize and prepare instruments for dental procedures.
• Perform dental charting, including perio charting.
• Take and process X-rays and 3D imaging.
• Facilitate smooth patient transitions from the front desk to the end of treatment.
• Communicate with Dr. Baseri and the team if any equipment is non-functional.
• Ensure exam rooms are clean and ready for the next patient.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols.

Requirements:

• Dental Assistant certification (X-ray license preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A team player who pulls equal weight with peers to support smooth operations.
• Detail-oriented and dedicated to providing a high level of patient care.

Bonus Criteria:

• Assistants who maintain good attendance will be eligible for a performance bonus.
