Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Knowledge of dental insurances
⢠Master the ins and outs of dental insurance⢠Utilize Open Dental software like a pro⢠Deliver top-notch customer service that leaves a lasting impression⢠Schedule patients with ease and efficiency⢠Create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient⢠Ensure smooth and friendly patient checkouts⢠Audit patient accounts with precision⢠Stay on top of treatment plans, follow-ups, and patient cancellations to keep everything running smoothly
Experience:
Dental receptionist: 1 year (Required)
Dental terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
Treatment Planner: 1 year (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
