Earn a competitive hourly wage of $50 - $55/hour and take advantage of a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. We're also proud to offer dental benefits for employees and their families, paid time off (PTO), a bonus plan, and a referral bonus.
THE TYPE OF RDH WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
Valid TX Dental Hygienist license
Up-to-date CPR certification
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST
This is a full-time position, offering a balanced work schedule from Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Your typical day as a Registered Dental Hygienist involves working closely with patients to enhance their oral health. Responsibilities include supporting Doctor-led treatment recommendations, diagnosing effectively, and educating patients to ensure the acceptance of recommended treatments. Collaboration within our team-oriented environment is key, fostering transparent communication and professional growth. You'll build lasting relationships with patients, contributing to the positive atmosphere we strive to maintain.
