Job Description
Imperial Dental Specialties is looking for a full-time, Treatment Coordinator and/or Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We strive to change how people feel about coming to the dentist through amazing experiences and unparalleled service.
Dental Front Desk Receptionist Requirements:
Provide general information to patients over the phone and in person in a courteous professional manner
Provide an excellent patient experience by greeting them with a warm welcome and assisting where needed.
Be sure all intake forms, medical history, consents, and other documents are completed and signed prior to inputting them into patient charts
Learn how to check insurance eligibility and coverage breakdown for patients prior to their appointments
Process patient payments and balance checkouts.
Maintain a neat, clean and organized front desk at all times.
Resolve any front desk issues quickly.
Work efficiently and productively with fellow team members and maintain a positive work environment.
Dental Treatment Coordinator Requirements:
Dental Office Experience: Preferred 1-year experience working in a busy, multi-specialty dental office
If no prior dental experience, candidates must be willing and committed to learning the intricacies of dental treatment planning, medical history, scheduling, making financial arrangements, understanding and explaining insurance benefits, and most importantly building strong patient relations.
Treatment coordinators are key team members, responsible for the smooth operation of the practice and assisting patients completing complex, multi-phase treatment plans. Candidates must be highly motivated and be very detail oriented
