Exciting opportunity! Moorehead Dentistryââ¬â¢s Blue Ash location is needing a positive and motivated hygienist to join our supportive team. Days include Mondays , Wednesdays, and Thursdays in Blue Ash. We are a growing, established, privately owned practice with a history of long term staff. This is a long term staff position with opportunities to earn commissions, bonuses, and higher base pay based on experience.

What we provide:
Digital Xrays and charting
1 hr recall and 1.5 hr new patient appointments
Cavitron
A clear process for hygiene appointment flow and expectations for success
Open Dental Software
Clinical director of hygienists to help develop our team and provide a voice for new ideas and issue resolution
Outsourced dental instrument sharpening
Responsibilities:
Provide instruction for treatment and at home care
Periodontal and dental charting
Taking digital X-rays and intra/extra-oral photos
Maintaining and sterilizing dental instruments
Keep supplies in operatory stocked
Build rapport with patients
Work with patient to co-diagnose dental issues along with dentist
Qualifications:
Candidates must have current RDH license
Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed patient expectations
Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strict adherence to policies and regulations relating to OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA
Dental software experience, we use Open Dental (Dentrix/Open Dental/Eagle Soft, Dexis, MS Word, scanning documents)
Desire to continually improve by learning new techniques, procedures, and processes.
Team oriented with an outgoing personality
