We pride ourselves in being a place where dentists can find a home for their career with a pathway to future ownership! We pay 30-33% of collections. (If needed, a transitional guaranteed salary is also available.)On average, our full-time, associate general dentists collect:

Year one- $650,000- 700,000
Year two- $800,000
Year three- $950,00 and above

The average income for those first three years is $231,000, $264,000, and $313,500 with ambitious go-getters well exceeding these averages!!!

We have positions for General Dentists, Pediatric Dentists, Periodontists and Orthodontists.
We offer a substantial sign-on bonus. That said, if this is not for you but you know someone else that would be a good fit, we offer a finder's fee too!
