Looking for Full-Time or Part-Time Hygienist to add to our upbeat and fun pediatric dental office! Flexible schedule open Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:

Ensure patients feel as comfortable as possible for their treatment and examination
Conduct initial mouth screenings and check oral health history
Clean and help protect patients’ teeth
Place sealants and SDF (Silver Diamine Fluoride) treatments
Educate patients of all ages on proper teeth care (by demonstrating, for example, good brushing techniques)
Give instructions to patients and their parents after cleanings
Take X-rays
Maintain documentation and charts on each patient

Skills:

Proven experience or licensure completed or about to be obtained as Dental Hygienist
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in this profession (e.g. HIPAA)
Experience in preparing and maintaining dental equipment
Outstanding communication skills
A patient and friendly personality
Attention to details
Valid license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour
