Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the treatment process. As a Dentist, you will perform a variety of procedures, including examinations, diagnostics, and treatments while maintaining a safe and sterile environment.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine oral health needs and treatment plans.
Perform various dental procedures, including restorative work, prosthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and dental fabrication.
Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose dental conditions accurately.
Apply aseptic techniques to ensure the highest standards of hygiene during all procedures.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment options and oral health education.
Maintain accurate patient records using dental terminology and electronic health record systems such as Epic.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Strong knowledge of anatomy related to oral health and dental procedures.
Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and familiarity with various dental specialties.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and staff.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required for recent graduates.
