Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. This job will be from Tuesday - Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dental clinic environment. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in promoting oral health, performing preventive care, and assisting in the overall patient experience.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and oral examinations.
Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures while adhering to aseptic techniques.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Maintain accurate medical records and document patient treatments using Eaglesoft or similar software.
Assist in infection control measures to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
Provide compassionate patient care, addressing any concerns or questions patients may have.
Experience
Previous experience as a Dental Hygienist in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred.
Familiarity with infection control protocols and aseptic techniques is essential.
Proficiency in managing medical records and utilizing dental software such as Eaglesoft is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.
X-ray Certified, knowledge of 3 D imaging

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 ââ¬â 32 per week
