Job Description

We are a private dental practice in Menomonee Falls looking to bring on another energetic dental assistant to our team to help us in our mission to provide the best care and treatment possible for our patients in a safe, friendly and comfortable setting. Our beautiful, clean and state-of-the-art practice has digital x-rays, intra-oral cameras, and ceiling-mounted TVs in every operatory to help us to provide the best quality dental services that we can to our patients.
You will be responsible in taking patients to the operatory and getting them prepared for their procedures so the ability to relate to and build relationships with people is a must!
Required Skills:

Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and managing instruments.
Ensure the sterilization of dental tools and maintain a clean work environment.
Utilize dental terminology to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
Take and develop X-rays as needed, adhering to safety and HIPAA regulations.
Document patient information accurately in EMR systems and assist with scheduling appointments.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.

We are looking to fill either a full time dental assistant position 4 days a week. We are offering:-competitive compensation (based on experience)-health, dental and 401k benefits-paid time off and 6 paid Holidays-assistants that are dedicated to helping each other, our team and our patients-hygiene assistant to help perio chart and clean/disinfect operatories and instruments
