Job Description

We are looking for someone who has a great attitude and is a self-starter. You must feel comfortable discussing and presenting treatment plans to patients and helping them with financing if needed. We love changing lives and making a big difference for people, this is the type of work you will be doing. Candidates for this job will be taking phone calls from leads interested in treatment, answer questions, and scheduling qualified candidates for consults. Some contact with leads may be outside of normal business hours. Then at the consultation you will take imaging, discuss treatment options and aid the patients with financing.
Responsibilities

Take phone calls from patients interested in treatment
Track potential patients
Schedule patients for treatment
Take imaging for patients
Help put together treatment plans that are suggested by doctor
Help patient with financing
Follow up with patients after treatment
Help with other activities around the office as needed to promote team environment
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures

Skills

Experience in dental field preferred, but not required
Knowledge of dental implants preferred, but not required
Must be comfortable talking with new people and engaging in conversation about their experiences
Computer skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Attention to detail
Well-organized and reliable
High school diploma

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
