Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and will have a strong foundation in general dentistry. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral diseases.
Develop treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
Provide preventive, restorative, endodontic and emergency dental services.
Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Fabricate dental appliances and perform endodontic procedures as needed.
Utilize eagle soft software for patient management and record keeping.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach.
Engage with pediatric patients to provide age-appropriate care and education.

Experience

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Active MA dental license, DEA and MA controlled substance certification, CPR certified. preferably 2 years or more experience.
Experience in general dentistry is required; additional experience in pediatrics, endodontics, or dental fabrication is a plus.
Familiarity with medical records management and infection control practices.
Proficient in using eagle soft or similar dental office management software.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
