Duties:
- Conduct thorough oral exams, including vital signs, to identify potential health issues.- Clean teeth and maintain good oral hygiene through a variety of procedures, including scaling and polishing.- Provide preventive care to patients of all ages, including pediatric dentistry.- Utilize advanced technology, such as CAD and dental software like Eaglesoft and Dentrix, to document patient records and manage treatment plans.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and ensure that all records are compliant with relevant systems and regulations.- Collaborate with dentists to provide comprehensive care and address any oral health concerns.- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized guidance on how to maintain healthy teeth and gums.- Stay current with industry developments and best practices in general dentistry.
Skills:
- Proven experience in a dental clinic environment.- Strong knowledge of general dentistry procedures.- Proficiency with dental software, including Eaglesoft and Dentrix.- Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Familiarity with vital signs and medical records systems.- Commitment to patient satisfaction and ongoing professional development.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $68.00 - $72.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
