The Smile Lounge is looking for a receptionist/business administrator to help manage scheduling, insurance claims, and other administrative tasks. We would like someone who has at least 1-2 years of experience working in the front office.
The Smile Lounge is a startup dental office focused on providing personalized care for individuals and families. Position will start (Monday and Wednesday from 8am-6:30pm, and Tuesday and Friday from 8am-5pm) with a change in schedule starting in the end of January to be Monday -Thursday . Starting wage is based on experience between $28-$32 with the chance for raises within the first 6 months as you complete training and demonstrate proficiency in the position. I started The Smile Lounge because I was sick of being a “two-minute dentist.” You know where the dentist pops in for two minutes, tells you everything looks good or that you need hundred/thousands of dollars worth of treatment? I hated it. I wanted to provide a personalized experience where you know the dentist, we can answer all of our patient’s questions, and they are relaxed and comfortable so they look forward to their visit.
The culture at our office is fun and youthful, with a focus on work/life balance. We work hard, but enjoy doing it. We’re really looking for someone who is energetic, friendly, and can provide a high level of customer service.
