Job Description
Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures and help provide quality patient care.
Duties:- Prepare patients for dental work- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs- Take digital dental X-rays- Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies- Maintain accurate patient records- Manage dental supply inventory
Skills:- Knowledge of dental anatomy- Familiarity with aseptic techniques- Understanding of medical terminology and coding- Proficiency in Open Dental software- Ability to perform X-Ray procedures - licensed- Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred- Competency in medical documentation

Pay: $18.43 - $23.60 per hour
