The PCC will oversee front desk operations, ensuring each patient and referring dentist experiences the highest standard of care. This role focuses on fostering relationships with new and existing patients and local referring dentists, with an emphasis on patient acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. Main responsibilities include call handling, maintaining accurate production and collection records, and delivering exceptional service throughout the patient journey.
