*Overview*
Our hygienist of 23 years is moving out of state! We're looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to fill her shoes and take over the care of her loyal patients.
We are a small, single doctor, fee-for-service practice with long-term team members and patients. Many of our patients have trusted us with their dental needs for over 25 years!
As a hygienist at Emerald Peak Dental, you will see only six (6) patients per day. This will allow you plenty of time to build a meaningful, lasting relationship with each patient, focused on providing quality preventive care and education.
We provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, with emphasis on implants and prosthetic dentistry. Our hygiene operatories are equipped with EMS AirFlow and Piezon technologies, allowing our providers to give each patient the most gentle and thorough cleaning experience.
*Responsibilities*
- Perform dental cleanings and periodontal therapy
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and dental conditions
-Take dental x-rays
- Maintain and update patient dental records
-Work in a clinical setting, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide excellent patient care
*Experience*
-Proven excellence as a Dental Hygienist
- Strong communication skills and ability to confidently educate patients on oral health practices
- Familiarity with Dentrix and Dentrix Imaging is a plus, but not required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
