Job Description
Our office is looking for a team player with Dental experience a must, for our Crystal River/ Inverness office.
Days needed: Monday 9am - 5pm, Wednesday 9am - 5pm and Thursday 9am - 5pm Friday 9am-2pm these hours may vary
We are looking for some one that has a fun personality and is committed to wanting to work .
Expectations are:
Exercise excellent customer service while interacting with patients both over the phone and in person. Check in all patients and complete patient registration .
Schedule patient appointments, check patient in, confirm upcoming appointment. Take payments. File insurance claims. Scan documents. Dentrix a plus.
Complete insurance verifications two (2) business days prior to all patientsââ¬â¢ visits coverage
