Job Description

Our Private Dental Office is looking for a Front Desk Insurance Coordinator. Radiant Dentistry of New Port Richey is an office with a team dedicated to providing patients with a VIP experience, extraordinary customer service and are passionate about what we do.
Hours are Monday through Thursday 8am to 5pm. Some Fridays 8am to 12pm
Responsibilities:

Verify and process dental insurance coverage for patients.
Communicate with insurance companies to obtain pre-authorizations and estimate coverage for procedures
Assist patients with insurance-related inquiries and concerns.
Submit insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner.
Follow up on outstanding insurance claims and resolve any discrepancies or denials.
Keep abreast of changes in insurance policies, procedures, and billing codes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of insurance information and patient accounts.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with dental insurance companies is required.
Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and billing codes.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer skills.
