You’ll work closely with our providers and Practice Manager to ensure the office thrives by delivering top-notch patient care and service that exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities:

Interact with patients warmly and professionally, both in person and on the phone
Schedule and confirm appointments with care and precision
Guide patients through treatment plans and financial details
Confirm insurance benefits accurately and manage patient payments
Maintain and organize patient records from initial paperwork to billing
Respond promptly to information requests
Ensure strict HIPAA compliance and patient privacy
Take on additional duties as needed to support the team


Qualifications:

Experience in the dental field is required
Ability to speak Spanish is highly preferred
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Clear, friendly speaking voice
Positive, energetic attitude
Comfortable working with computerized systems
Ability to handle multiple tasks with ease
