FULL TIME M-F ; Spanish Speakers are a plus (METRO Accessible)
Looking for a Bubbly Friendly personality with great organization skills to join our Administrative Team. Sales experience is a plus.
Candidate should have 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE in a Dental Clinic (Eagle soft is a plus). Cross Trained personal, or those considering switching from the back office to the administrative side are encouraged to apply.

Be familiar with Common Dental Codes and Procedures for General Dentistry and Implants
DUTIES:

Answering our busy phone with the utmost courtesy, professionalism, and friendliness
Setting and confirming appointments for patients
Verifying/Updating Insurances
Creating, Updating and Maintaining treatment plans for patients, and assisting patients in going forward with their treatment needs
Working together with the other team members to maintain a productive schedule for the practice
Corresponding with patients/and other offices
Actively maintaining Recall and Reactivation of patients
Assisting the Office Manager in maintaining records, following up on finances, and reaching monthly goals.
Getting patient reviews
Managing patient schedules
Assisting with clinical procedures when necessary

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
