Job Description

We are a state-of-the-art dental office looking for an experienced front desk coordinator.
This is a 5 day a week (Office hours are Monday -Thursday 7:30am -5 pm & Friday 7:30am -2 pm) full time permanent position. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with your co-workers and patients is a must.
Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited to)
Manage patient scheduling
Billing and Collections
Proficient with dental terminology and CDT Codes
Able to answer multiple phone lines. ·
Greeting Patients upon arrival. ·
Create a positive partnership with the doctor
Experience with Dentrix ·
Teamwork mentality ·
Problem analysis and problem-solving skills ·
Organized
Focus on systems and processes ·
Customer Service Focused · always smile and welcome patients upon arrival/dismissal. Patient focused/friendly

Write up of treatment plan proposals for presentation
Seeking a candidate who can explain to patients their proposed treatment, patient costs and financial arrangementsEducation and Experience High school diploma, General Education Degree or higher ·
Bachelor’s Degree is beneficial, but not required ·
Dental Experience of at least 2 years. ·
Knowledge of computer and relevant software applications · Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures ·
Knowledge of dental terminology is necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
