Looking for a detail-oriented, patient-focused individual for our cutting-edge dental office to be the smiling face of our practice and ensure smooth operations for our patients.
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Two Fridays a month, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive experience from check-in to check-out
Schedule appointments efficiently, coordinating with patients and clinical staff
Manage patient call lists to ensure clinical time maximized
Manage patient records and update information accurately
Answer phone calls, patient emails and address patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Assist with administrative tasks to support the office as needed
No insurance claims submissions required
Requirements:
Previous experience in a dental office setting required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
Proficiency in dental software preferred
