Responsibilities:

Insurance billing and claims submission
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
Ensure efficient filing and record-keeping systems are in place
Manage financial activities, including budgeting, invoicing, and payroll
Assist with special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Past experience in Dental office billing is a must
Knowledge of Dental codes and Dental insurances
Knowledge of dental office operations
Familiarity with dental software Eaglesoft or similar
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Please note that experience with Eaglesoft is a plus but not required. Hourly pay/Salary will be based on experience. Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
