Come join our amazing Ortho team as an experienced receptionist for our multi specialty office in Westwood, MA.
FYI: we have 2 small puppies that come to the office, so no fear of dogs :)
Daily responsibilities consist of checking in patients, collecting patient co-pays, confirming appointments, answering phone calls, text messaging back and forth with patients, replying to emails, scanning paperwork, must be professional and have outstanding customer service.A friendly personality is a must.
The person we’re looking for should be accountable for themselves and able to adapt to the office strategies in an accurate and capable manner.

Our office is opened Monday - Saturday, evening hours and Saturdays are a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
