In search of a Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator (strong sales skills). Someone who comes from a successful dental practice that collects over 200 k a month...managed a staff of over 5-10 and can work independently and can take direction from Regional Manager.
Knowledge in fully managing a successful corprate practice... accountable to the managing corp. Any applicants I would love to talk to with you.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with office manager to ensure all patients are provided prompt, quality customer service
- Follow all Accounts Receivables policies
- Offer patient alternate means of payment, i.e., third party financing.
- Ensure effective customer service telephone skills.
- Build a productive office schedule and ensure patients are re-appointed prior to leaving.
- Ensure effectiveness of the person assigned to recall.
- Be able to sell necessary treatment to patients when not covered by insurance. Explain the treatment is medcally necessary.
- FRC’s done ( train front staff)
- Explain treatment plan to patients.
- Maintain petty cash and make daily bank deposit on time and accurately, in accordance with the Bank Deposit and Petty Cash policy.
- Exercise effective communication to ensure cooperation between the front office and the back office.
- Be responsive to patients and patient complaints utilizing the online or in office inquiries system.
- Assure timeliness and accuracy of paperwork no later than two days.
- Ensure that insurance verifications are completed two business days prior to patients’ visits to determine coverage and benefit limits.
- Complete walkout process with each patient by reviewing charts to ensure that all information is written properly and procedures are documented and match the routing slip that the Doctor has submitted.
- Complete the End of Day process which includes posting of treatment.
- Participate in huddles, chart reviews and routine office meetings.
- Participate in office checklist duties as assigned.
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
