Patient Front Desk Coordinator for Scottsdale Dental Practice 2yrs exp req

We are looking for a friendly, well organized, multi-tasker who is able to positively motivate a cosmetic and general dental team. The Dental Front Desk Team Member is accountable for the successful operation of the dental office as a business unit. The Dental Front Desk Team Member maximizes office revenue and provides excellent Patient service. Other duties include: answering phones, scheduling appointments checking-in Patients, collecting payments, computer data entry, filing, insurance billing, recall of existing Patients, and addressing treatment plans with Patients. This job will also require marketing for the dental practice outside of the office.

Requrements:

2-4 years of dental office front desk experience

Excellent Communication Skills

Strong Customer Service Skills

Professional Demeanor

Computer knowledge of Dentrx (THIS IS A MUST)

Certification in CPR
