Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our growing dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental clinic.
The Dental Assistant will Lead and assist dentists during procedures, manage patient records, and maintain a sterile environment, contributing to an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments are prepared and available.
Perform 3D imaging, intraoral X-rays, Intra/extra Oral photography to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Utilize 3D scanners for capturing precise dental impressions.
Maintain accurate patient records using software and ensure coding entered correctly.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, procedures, pre & post op-treatment care.
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring compliance with aseptic techniques.
Support Diagnostic, Hygiene , Perio , Restorative, Dentures , Crown& Bridge Endodontic, Oral surgery , Ortho, Implants procedures by preparing materials and assisting the dentist as needed.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of patient care.

Requirements

Proven a minimum 5 Year experience as a Dental Assistant in a dental clinic setting is preferred.
An exceptional patient care experience.
Proficiency in imaging techniques and familiarity with X-ray equipment.
Knowledge of anatomy relevant to dentistry and understanding of general dentistry practices.
Experience with Open Dental software and others for managing patient records is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow aseptic techniques diligently.
Excellent English communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
Bilingual open to apply - no language restrictions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanor.
Certification or diploma in dental assisting is mandatory.
