**Job Title: Dental Assistant**

**Schedule:** Monday through Saturday (Flexible shifts, some Saturdays required)

 **Job Summary:**  
We are seeking a skilled and friendly **Dental Assistant** to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our dentists during procedures, ensure smooth patient flow, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for patient care.  

 **Key Responsibilities:**  
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring all instruments and materials are ready.  
- Assist dentists during procedures by passing instruments, suctioning, and providing chairside support.  
- Take and develop dental X-rays (intraoral and extraoral).  
- Perform preliminary patient assessments, including medical history reviews and vitals.  
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment following infection control protocols.  
- Provide post-operative instructions to patients and answer basic dental care questions.  
- Manage inventory of dental supplies and order as needed.  
- Schedule patient appointments and assist with front desk duties when required.  
- Ensure a comfortable and positive experience for patients of all ages.  

 **Qualifications & Skills:**  
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or on-the-job training experience preferred.  
- X-ray certification 
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments.  
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.  
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented mindset.  
- Experience with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) is a plus.
