Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their oral health is maintained and improved. The Dental Hygienist will work closely with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences while performing various clinical tasks.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess patient oral health.
Perform medical imaging procedures as needed, ensuring accurate results for diagnosis.
Assist in the administration of dental treatments and procedures, including four-handed dentistry.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Take and record vital signs as part of the patient assessment process.
Maintain a clean and organized dental clinic environment, adhering to aseptic techniques.
Document patient treatment plans and progress accurately in the dental office management system.
Collaborate with dentists and other staff members to provide comprehensive care, particularly in pediatrics when necessary.

Experience

Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
Proficiency in medical coding related to dental procedures is a plus.
Strong knowledge of anatomy related to oral health is essential.
Familiarity with dental assisting tasks can enhance team collaboration.
Experience with medical imaging technology will be beneficial for patient diagnostics.
